Professional Experience
1) Merchandiser:-
Dealing with famous clients/companies in the field of ready made garments as C&A, BHS, TESCO, DUNNES, ASDA, SAINSBURY'S & WOOLWORTH. The European market's customers.
Job Responsibilities :
A- Collecting and processing all inputs (fabric including dealing with the suppliers as the AOP suppliers, accessories, printing materials…etc) required for production.
B- Coordinating all sections of the factory (either production or financial) and trying to establish the most efficient possible plan to attain the desirable goal in order to meet the agreed upon delivery dates.
C- Coordinating all the factory aspects with the customer and trying to meet all the customer's requirements. (Customer service orientation).
i- Responsible for handling customer’s quires
ii- Supporting customers with all the information regarding the product delivery dates.
iii -Updating the customer with their orders work flow through daily & weekly reports
iv - Handling all the communication with the customers (e-mails, phone calls & direct meetings)
v- Negotiating all customer quires and complaints reaching the maximum limit of customer satisfaction.
D-Controlling the over all production phases from the inputs stages to shipping of the goods to the customer.
E – Handling debit notes – if raised – eliminating or minimizing them to the lowest extent.
2- Imported purchases controller :-
Dealing with several accessories suppliers whether domestic or international as PAXAR (Turkey or Far East) , BRAITRIM , BRITANNIA LABELS , CHECK POINT & MAINETTI.
Job Responsibilities :
A-Handling the accessories purchasing and procurements procedures.
i- Raising orders (direct e-mailing or ordering through supplier's web systems ex: BRAITRIM EBIZ SYSTEM)
ii- Planning the ordering procedures in compatibility with the overall production requirements and financial payments transfers.
iii- Working with the suppliers from the point of raising the orders( ordering , approving lay outs …etc) to the point of receiving the goods.
B- Controlling the labels and hangers stocks through weekly stock takes.
