• Responsibilities includes Commissioning, Startup & Operations of Entire Refinery Units
2. Downer EDI Engineering, Singapore. (Sept 08 – Dec 08) as Snr. Project Engineer – Piping.
• Responsibilities include Constructions & Erections of Process Piping for SPT MECH 2 Project, ExxonMobil, Singapore.
• Prepare, Evaluate, Negotiate and Award of Sub Contracts.
3. ESSAR OIL LTD, Mumbai, India.(April 08 – Aug 08) as General Manager - Process
• Design, Engineering & Construction of NHT, Platformer & CycleMax Unit of ESSAR OIL Ltd, Refineries & Petrochemicals Div
4. Exxon Mobil Corporation, Singapore (Aug 95 –April 08) as Team Leader
• Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Start up of Singapore Intermediates units formerly known as Singapore Aromatics Company Pte Ltd, (A joint venture of Exxon, CAPCO & Amoco)
• Operations & maintenance of NHT, Platformer, CCR, Parex, ISOM, Sulfolane, Tankages , Marine Loadings & Utilities of the above mentioned unit.
5. Mangalore Refineries & Petrochemicals Corporation, Mangalore, India. (June 95- Aug 95) as Production Officer, Marine Loading Operations.
• Responsible for Constructions, Commissioning, Startup & Operations of Tankages and Marine Loading facilities and its operations.
6. Eastern Petro Chemicals, a Unit of SABIC, Al Jubail, KSA (Dec 92- Dec 94) as Lead Tech.
• Responsible for Constructions, Commissioning, Startup & Operations of (LLDPE) Poly Ethylene Unit
7. Union Carbide India Ltd, Bombay, India (March 82- Dec 92) as Snr. Plant Operator.
• Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of Naphtha Cracker Unit, Olefins and Poly Ethylene (HDPE) Unit.
8. Hindustan Petroleum Corporations Ltd, Fuels Refinery, Bombay, India (Aug 79 - 82 March) as Plant Operator.
• Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of Refinery Process units.

Total Experience:
• 31+ Yrs in Refineries & Petrochemical Operations including Constructions, Commissioning and Startup of above five major Refineries & Petrochemical Complexes.

My educational qualification is "Bachelor of Science" in Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics, from the University of Kerala, Kerala State, India. In addition to this I have undergone and successfully completed various in-house training programs for Construction Management, Operation & Process controls, Enhanced Trouble Shooting & Risk Management, Emergency Response Programs & safety management and shift management of continuous process plants.

I have actively participated in Construction, commissioning and start up of 1) Singapore Intermediates and Aromatics Unit (A Unit of Exxon Mobil Singapore). 2) Eastern Petrochemicals (SABIC Affiliate). 3) Mangalore Refineries & Petrochemicals, Mangalore, India, 4) ESSAR OIL Ltd, Refinery Expansions, 5) Dung Quat Refineries & Petrochemicals (Petrovietnam) Vietnam, in various positions. With all these active participation in the Construction, Commissioning and Start up of the above mentioned Refineries and Petrochemicals, it gives me an added advantage to handle any plant that’s undergoing major expansions, commissioning & startup in addition to operations. My present salary is USD 8296/-Per annum (Tax free) plus other benefits of expats.
