Project Engineer

A position will not only permit to demonstrate my creativity and administrative ability more fully, but one of that enables me to expand my knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, including Drafting and Design.

DRAUGHTMAN cum TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (JUNE 2008- PRESENT)

Responsibility:

- Familiar with ASME Code and TEMA Code.
- Involve with the construction of Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel and Boiler Tank.
- Liaise with 3rd party or consultant and Jabatan Keselamatan Dan Kesihatan Pekerja (DOSH/JKKP).

DESIGNING:-

- Prepare Design Calculation for construction of Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel and Boiler Tank.
- Design dimensions of material that going to be use for fabricating and send for Mechanical Test.
- Determine material selection that suitable to be fabricated to avoid erosion and corrosion.
- All calculation and material selection is based on ASME Code and TEMA Code.

DRAFTING:-

-Prepare drawing for General Arrangement and Detail Drawing for construction of Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel and Boiler Tank.
- Control out-going and in-coming drawing.
- All calculation and drafting is based on ASME Code and TEMA Code.

QA/QC Engineer :-

- Monitor fabrication of Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel and Water Tank.
- Prepare Manufacturer Data Record. (MDR)
- Problem solving when actual item is error with drawing.
- Liaise with Machinist, Welder, Fitter and Foreman.
- Liaise with DOSH, Consultant and Client/End User.
- Involved with every inspection, Non Destructive Test and Hydrostatic Test.
