Present Organization: DUCAB Dubai Cable Company (Private) Limited, Dubai UAE.
Designation: MV, HV AND LV EXTRUDER MACHINES OPERATOR.
Since March 2005 till date
1)To operate extruder machine for external bedding outer sheathing, tubing, lamination, and insulation for cable. Up to 3.3kv, medium voltage cable up to 33kv and high voltage cables up to 132kv. Using different types of materials like LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, DHDA, PVC, and LSF.
2)To study specification to determine suitable methods & sequences and material of operation.
3)Handling of cranes & its operation up to capacity of 20 tones
4)To clean, lubricate & maintain machine tools.
5)To select tools, speed & pressure.
6)To set up, operate numerically controlled machine tool.
7)To perform periodical weekly checking & maintenance.
8)To rectify problems while the machine is under break down
9)Wellvered in cordys software.


2 CR Seals a branch of SKF Bearings,India

Worked as Machine operator from July 2004 to Feb 2005

Nature of work:

Worked in moulding machine for mass production of oil seals using for all types of bearings
Familiar in making mixer of chemicals using for moldings.
Operating drilling machine with different types of drills.
Grinding, materiel cutting for different size and shapes
Working through 5 s to maintain good house keeping and quality work.


3. Spectrum Industry, India

Worked as Machinist from April 2003 to June 2004.

Nature of work:

Making machine parts for manufacturing of machines like De stonners, coffee hullers, aspiraters, graders, pre cleaners, belt conveyors, gravity separators, and rice mill machinery parts. Also worked in spray painting, power saw cutting.
Working through 5 s to maintain good house keeping and quality work.


4. St Joseph Industry Mangalore:

Worked as Machinist from Oct 2001 to Oct 2002

Nature of work:

operating machines like lathe machine, shaping machine, slotting machine, milling machine, planning machine, drilling machine, power saw machine, portable grinding machine, boring machine, surface grinding machine.

Worked in cast iron furnace

Making parts for machinery like revolver press, pug mills of various capacities, clay mixer, brick cutting tables, rotary oil chuck, hand screw press/dust press. Done repair of all kind of spare parts and chassis.
