I started my career in jan 2001 from ICI PTA(pure terephatalic acid) plant located at Port Qasim Karchi Pakistan, as apprentice operator in the OXIDATION plant.In Dec,2002 I completed my training successfully and got the apprenticeship certificate from Government OF Pakistan.and I joined ICI pta plant as plant operator 1 from jan 2003.Right now I am working in the same plant as Sub.Eng. Process.
The Oxidation plant mainly consist on 3 main sections. No.1 Oxidation reactor. No.2 Compressor section and No. 3 Fractional Distillation Coloumns.My areas of responsibilities during 8hrs shift is to run smooth and normal operation of the sections and there parameters.Loging of critical parameters (takeing readings) physically checking the areas for any abnormalities or leakages,reporting, Alongwith mainting the S.O.Ps of areas and timely revision of those S.O.Ps.HAZOP study and to coordination with new projects.In june,2009 I joined ENGRO POLYMER & CHEMICALS LTD.as Operation Engineer.
I have appointed on EDC/VCM Plant.My areas of responsibility is mainly EDC purification coloumns.
