• Accounts & Audit:
Generating monthly accounts including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.

• Management Information System
Monthly preparation and submission of Profitability and Receivables MIS within 2 days from the close of every month.

• Budget
Preparation of annual budget for all the projects being executed in the country showing detailed execution and receivables plan.
Providing stretched targets for completion of the projects ahead of schedule.

• Cost Control
Introduce controls for cash spending by site offices and ensure that the overheads are within the budgeted limits.

• Bank Guarantees
Regularly monitor the status of bid-bond, advance and performance guarantees to ensure their timely reduction/cancellation.

• Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all the statutory requirements applicable to the Company and its manpower in the country of operations.

• Working Capital Optimisation
Fix the payment terms for sub-contractors in accordance with the realisation forecast to avoid cash-flow strain.Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and transporters to ensure optimum level of inventory at all times.

• Others
Coordinate with head office, client, shipping company and clearing agent to bring down the time required for clearance of the imported material and equipment and aim for zero demurrage. Regularly monitor cash flow position and ensure adequate liquid funds from head office to avoid delays in project execution.
General Management activities including cash management, vehicle control, arrangement for foreign clients/visitors etc.
