•Over all 13 years of rich experience in the field Construction , Quality Assurance & Quality control, Maintenance & Commissioning of Instrument & control systems, DCS Systems, Analyzers, Fire Alarm & Gas detection Systems, Catering the needs of Refineries, Petrochemical, Oil Fields, LNG Trains, Power & desalination plants, Pipe-Line Projects, in India, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , Qatar & Algeria.
• Preparing quality control procedure (QCP'S) / Construction Method Statement (CMS) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP'S) as per Specification and project requirements.
• Implementing & Monitoring Project Quality Plans, Quality Mandatory Procedures.
• Carrying out internal as well as external quality system audits, Review of Project deliverables.
• Participation in the selection of Sub-Contractors, suppliers or vendors.
• Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards, contract specifications, identify any non-conformance & coordinating suitable corrective action.
• Supervision & co-ordination of the project team of discipline engineers & QC inspectors as appropriate.
• Good in managing Documentation preparing & reviewing test packs & dossiers. Carrying out quality auditing for compliance with ISO 9001:2000 systems.
• Develop and manage the site filing system to accumulate all installation data required to substantiate the completion of the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Also Automation (Installation, Commissioning, maintenance including QA/QC activities).
• Well conversant with DEP, IEC, API Standards, for Refineries Petrochemicals & Gas plants related to Instrument & control systems.

I did Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Amravati University, Amravati (Maharashtra),India in the year 1997.In Engineering I did project in Digital Temperature Indicator, and my project guide was Dr. M.N. Gatphane. He was Head of Electronics Department also.
