- Coordinating with the main contractor for daily activities at the site.
- Verify and check materials used for fabrication i.e.; pipe diameter and schedule, rating of flanges and fittings to ensure that it conform to the ISO Drawing and Standard.
- Inspection / review of isometric drawing to established that they corresponds to mechanical flow diagram and also to final installation at site.
- Witness on going hydrotest / pneumatic test.
- Witnessing of various test and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct final inspection and issue punch list prior to commissioning of the system.
- Check and review all necessary documents for final approval.
- Review and interpret of radiographs prior to testing.
- Commissioning of the whole piping system.

- Check / witness the testing of welders on their prequalification papers.
- Conduct inspection on the erection fit-up, welding of pipe spools. Verify compliance with the reference drawing.
- Conduct non-destructive testing like PT, MT, UT (thickness gaging), and RT.
- Ensure that welders are using and follow the approved welding procedure.
- Coordinate with clients as activities that require their acceptance. (Hold points)
- Monitoring / checking of fit-up, edge preparation and orientation of pipe prior to final welding.
- Conduct line checking / punch listing prior for hydrostatic and pneumatic test.
- Preparation of test packages for piping, pipeline and flow line as per project requirement.
- Preparation of welding summary report as per welders and project specifications.
- Witness on going hydrotest / pneumatic test.
