Area Manager: Managing 15 Retail Outlets with a staff of more than 250.

ľResponsible to increase sales and maximise profits of the Retail Outlets (COCOs, CODOs, DODOs).
ľEnrolment of Fleet customers in the loyalty program and generating business from the fleet customers.
ľResponsible for generating sales of Tyres, Lubricants & Fuel products from the Fleet Customers.
ľIdentifying properties, conducting trading surveys for starting new businesses.
ľRoll out plan and site acquisition for expansion in various areas based on the market share, population penetration, and retail visibility.
ľIdentifying and appointing Channel Partners as per the guidelines of the company.
ľRecruit, Train, guide, supervise and develop the sales force to achieve the sales target.
ľPreparations of sales budget.
ľResponsible for Inventory control, Product Supply and Stock Management.
ľReview and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over- and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.

ľMonitoring and guiding 15 Retail Outlets including their Profit Center Heads.
ľProvide marketing/promotional support to the ROs to enable them in achieving their full potential of sales.
ľMonitoring footfalls and planning trade scheme to improve footfalls.
ľConducting regular audits of all ROs within the area follow up the audits with corrective actions wherever required.
ľSetting and enabling sales targets for MS/HSD/Lubes/Tyres/Plaza/Auto LPG in the assigned area.
ľConceptulisation and implementation of various sales promotions for Lubes, Tyres, Diesel & Petrol through Retail Outlets.
ľResponsible for Product availability, Supply chain logistics, Inventory management, minimising stock loss and maintaining Q&Q proposition for all the Retail Outlets.
