Work Experience


Nature of Work :

• Material Inspection before Fabrication & Checking orientation of fabricated spools as per isometric.

• Preparation of Daily Welding Report, Positive Material Identification, Inspection related to Fabrication and Welding in Piping from fit-up stage to spool release (Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & SS). Fit-up inspection for gap check of socket joints etc.

• Inspection related to Fabrication and Welding and Witnessing Piping Hydro Test, MPT, PT and offering of Radiography, Piping Test Package clearance.

• Familiar with Jacketed Piping



2.Nature of Work:

• Reporting to QA/QC In-charge, Positive Material Identification, Preparation of WPS, ITP, Weld Maps, Conducting PQR, WQT, Inspection related to Fabrication and Welding in Piping (Carbon Steel & SS) and Witnessing Hydro Test, Ultrasonic

• Testing, MPT, PT and RT Film interpretation. Piping Test Package clearance, preparation of Weld History Sheet and Final Documentation

Nature of Work:

• Reporting to Lead Engineer, Inspection related to Fabrication and Welding in Piping (Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel & SS), Tankage, Heater Tubes and Structures (Witnessing UT, MPT and PT), Familiar with UT Machine Calibration, DAC Curve preparation and RT Film inspection.

• Monitoring Pre-Heating, Post Heating and PWHT of Alloy Steel Piping.

• Piping Test Pack clearance and Final Documentation

Nature of Work:

• Reporting to QA/QC in-charge, Welding Inspection and Construction Quality Supervision, Review and Approval of QAP, Work Procedure, WPS etc.

• Witnessing the PQT, WQT, Material Identification, Inspection and release of Plates, Pipe Materials from approved Vendor locations, inspection of CS Piping & Tankage

Basic Educational Qualification

• Engineering Diploma In Mechanical Engineering

Additional Certification

 CSWIP 3.1 – Certified Welding Inspector, Certificate No. : 37911
 ASNT – SNT-TC-1A Level2 in RT, UT, PT & MT
 Proficient in Codes and Standards related to Piping, Tankage and Structural such as ASME-Section II, V, VIII, IX, ASME B31.3, API-650, 1104 etc.
 Computer Proficiency: Auto CAD 2000, MS Office
 Attended various Quality and Safety Training programs conducted by SK E&C Construction Company, KUWAIT
