 Quality Assurance of metal fabricated equipment
 Coordination& Monitoring of QA procedure implementation and Quality manual.
 Knowledge of production process & QA requirement in a machine building shop/fabrication shop.
 Performing Welding Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) in case of variation in the essentials variable with existing PQR, as per international standards and additional requirement of client.
 Preparing welding Procedure Specification (WPS) with relevant qualified PQR for the particular projects
 Performing Welder Qualification Tests for various welding procedure specifications as per ASME section IX and API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc.
 Coordinating with client inspection department at various stages of fabrication activities and getting approval.
 Witnessing out LPI test on edge preparation and welded joints
Witnessing Hydro test activities preparation of Inspection and test plans and coordinating with third parties.
