Position: Head Heavy Duty Mechanics.
Duties: My job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
i) Planning and implementing a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for over thirty various Heavy duty equipment such as: Bulldozers, Payloaders Excavators, Cranes, Fork lifts, Generators, Water pumps, Air compressors, Compactors etc.
ii) Liase with others Sectional Heads to ensure prompt completion of all repair / maintenance jobs in my section,
iii) Interpretation of Technical data to staff,
iv) Liason and coordination with client representatives to ensure that customers needs are met and equipments are in good working conditions at all times,
v) Logging of equipment service data on a daily basis for planning purposes,
vi) Offering Technical support during troubleshooting and repair of equipment
vii) Monitor and enforce compliance to company’s safety policy by my staff.
