Professional Experience
ľ Basic and detail design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and API tanks according to design codes
ƒæ Fully conversant with pressure vessel calculation methods, design code and software¡¦s.
ľ Preparing and checking technical specification, inquiry document, data sheets and basic drawings for fix equipment.
ľ Endorsement of basic technical data sheets and specifications
ľ Vendor proposal review and technical assistance of ordering and inspections of required fix equipment
ľ Check and review of the vendors drawing, calculation and documents for various mechanical fix equipments in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects and liaison with vendors during different stage of the projects.
ľ Prepare or assist in the preparation of the projects cost estimates and schedules for mechanical equipment accounts for bids and proposal work for crude oil desalting plants, gas compressor stations, gas treatment plants and refineries.

ľ Technical / Commercial queries and technical meetings with domestic and international vendors for optimization of purchase and improving equipment and plant performance.
ľ In the recent field duties included coordination and supervision of fix equipment of Binak Desalting Plant project which include:
1. Preparation of the technical sections of inquiries and purchase orders for mechanical fix equipments such as, Pressure Vessels, Towers Atmospheric tanks, Heat exchangers, Heaters, Air Coolers, Flare and Burn pit and etc.
2. Review bids and make recommendations leading to the selection of vendors.
3. Evaluation of Bid, recommendation for purchaser, liaison with vendors, review and approval of vendor design data, data sheets, calculation and drawings, resolution of vendor questions and testing of equipment and packages.
4. Internal technical coordination with other discipline such as process, instrument, civil and piping.
5. Solving the equipments installation problems at site.
ľ In the current field duties included coordination equipment of KHARG ISLAND GAS GATHERING AND NGL RECOVERY EPC PROJECT which include:
1. Front end engineering, documents review, updating and endorsement.
2. Preparation of the technical sections of inquiries for fix equipment
3. Reviewing the vendor documents and preparing the required comments
