Job Profile:
• Preparation of Inline, Offline, Analytical Instrument Datasheets.
• Fully conversant with Intergraph INtools (SPI) Setup & working all modules of INtools. Also conversant with Set-Route for Instrumentation/ Electrical Cable Routing.
• Well acquainted with documentation control using InfoWorks.
• Study of P&ID, Cause and Effect Diagram, Line Designation Tables, HAZOP & SIL Study.
• Sizing, Selection and Adequacy check of various Inline & Offline Instruments like Orifices (Using FLOWEL), Control Valves (Using FIRSTVUE), Safety Relief Valves & Thermowell Velocity calculations in accordance with the applicable Codes & Standards.
• Bid analysis and Technical recommendation.
• Familiar with systems like, DCS (with FOUNDATION FIELDBUS), ESD, MCMS, F & G, Analyzer Management , BMS, Compressor Control Systems, etc.
• FAT/SAT, Site Support & Commissioning of various Systems/Plants as per Project specification & standards.
• Preparation of detail engineering deliverables like Instrument Index, Cable Block Diagram, Field Junction Box & Marshalling/Interposing Relay Panel Wiring Drawings, Cable Schedule, Instrument/PIB Layout Drawings, Instrument MTO, Instrument Process Hook-up and Pneumatic Hook-up Drawings, Motor Co-ordination Diagram, Level Coordination, etc.
• Preparation of Instrument MTO using standard Instrument Process Hook-up and Pneumatic Hook-up Drawings. Also Preparation of Bills of Material for Hardware likes Glands, Cable Tray, Structure, Connectors, and Pneumatic Tubing etc. Used to BULK Material softwares like S.A.P., PTS & PMMS.
• More over doing well with Instrumentation + Electrical + Mechanical Vendor Print Review. Also full knowledge of Inter-Discipline-Coordination between Instrument and Process-Piping-Mechanical-Civil-Electrical.
• Familiar with Health, Safery & Environment (HSE) policies.
Projects/Plants:
• Went to BECHTEL, LONDON (4 Months) for FCC & VGO Unit Engineering under JERP project and currently working with the same Units.
• Media Convergence Node Expansion under JERP for Township.
• VGO Site Support upto commissioning inder JERP project.
• RRTF expansion & augmentation under Value Maximization Project.
• Various FCO + PCO under Value Maximization Project.
