Sourcing and short listing the candidates through networking, referrals and different Job sites like Monster, EFC, Jobserve etc. Moreover, conducting initial telephonic interviews with the short listed candidates for further screening.

Communicating the Job offers to the selected candidates, negotiating with them while coordinating all through with the client.
