Since 2006 February to till working as Personnel Secretary & Aramco ID officer
• Processing Aramco ID & Aramco vehicle Sticker through Online and control the expiration for the same.
• Processing and submission temporary access (restricted Plants) request to Aramco
• Follow up the request made by ID department and maintaining good relation with Aramco.
• Processing Aramco certificate for operators such as, riggers, Scaffolding supervisors, crane operator, work permit receiver etc and control the expiration dates for the same.
• Handling all the request through e-mail and answering the same.
• Answering queries of sub contractors and requesting necessary documents through e –mail and telephone.
• Keeping and controlling all the records made by personnel department.
• Maintaining each employees file.
• Receives telephone calls and answers routine queries.
• Perform other related duties that may be asked by the management from time to time.
• Prepares routine correspondence and routs completed correspondence for signatures. Reviews outgoing correspondence for proper format, enclosure etc.
