8 Year Professional experiance after training with Chartered Accountant Firm as Manager Accounts.

A & A (Pvt) Limited Engaged in sale / purchase of land, demarcation & land development of socities.

October 2004 to January 2007 working experience as Manager Accounts in a Trading company namely Outlet (Pvt) Limited deals in home appliances & mobile phones (Thomson Brand).

April 2001 to September 2004 working experience as Manager Accounts with a Pharmaceutical Company namely Star Laboratories (Pvt) Limited. (Asian’s No 1 Company in Veterinary Medicines)

Bachelor in Commerce 1996 2nd Division Punjab University, Lahore.

Article Ship completed from Ahmed Mushir & Co, Chartered Accountants, w.e.f April 01-1997 to March 31, 2001.

I have worked in the following fields:-
Maintenance of book of accounts.
Coordination with branch office for whole business activities.
Reviews the effectiveness of the accounting system & procedures and suggest changes.
Ensure efficient cash management system by preparing cash inflows & outflows.
Maintains a record of the fixed assets owned by the company.
Prepares periodical (monthly / quarterly / half yearly & annual ) financial statements of the company
Projections & Budgeted Accounts
Preparation & Filing of Income Tax returns of Company, Directors & Employees.
Preparation & Filing of monthly , quarterly & annual statements required by the Tax Dept.
Preparation & Filing of Annually & Occasional returns required by SECP.
Follow up tax matters, regarding Income Tax & Sales Tax returns.
Liaises with the external auditors to ensure smooth conduct of statutory as well as special audit by providing all documents and clarifications required by the auditors.
Carries out reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers of the company.
Correspondence with banks regarding loan disbursement & other departments.
All other jobs whichever assigned by the Directors.
