Coordinate and organize oil delivery teams. Monitoring oil production by well/station. Schedule well tests and estimates wells potential. Monitoring water injection and disposal. Gas lift and beam pumps optimization.

I have been working with different type of lifting systems, reservoirs and fluids:
natural flow, artificial lift (gas lift, beam pumps)
new and depleted reservoirs, sandstone, unconsolidated sands. heavy and viscous (mostly) and light oils, resinous and paraffinous crudes.
Work with service suppliers:
Recommend and supervise various well intervention, workovers, stimulation, running scarpers and pigs.
Provide support for well completion for new drilled wells.
Supervised mechanical and electrical maintenance for all the equipment and facilities related to the production stations.
Following up contracts, service orders, invoices.
Challenges:

Dealing with heavy and viscous oil combined with sand control issues in Dudestii Noi field
Pumping heavy oil from Dudestii Noi station through pipelines choked back by paraffin build-ups
Optimizing well by well gas lift system in Satchinez field to ensure maximum oil production and optimum gas lift utilization across the entire field.
