Piping Engineer (PDS ENGINEER)

Experience (Total 5.0 Years):
1. Presently working with G S Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon as Piping Engineer from 27th Jan.2009 till date.
Projects:
? Taneco Refining & Petrochemical Complex, Tatrastan -Parex Unit.
? Green Diesel Project Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company.
Responsibilities:
? Review project specifications, Design Basis, flow diagrams, and supplier information.
? Piping Modeling, Piping Supports and Isometric Extractions using PDS.
? Scope of work involves engineering of Column and Exchanger Piping.
? Preparing of Nozzle orientation and platform requirement drawing.
? Involved in Project co-ordination & preparing for 30% & 60% Model Review of project.
? Spec. updation & coordination for RDB Update with PDS Admin.

2. Worked with Reliance, Bec-Rel Engineering as Piping Engineer from 18th Feb.2008 to14th Jan2009.
Projects:
? Off Gas Recovery Unit (OGRU).
? Marine Tank Farm.
Responsibilities:
? Checking Piping G.A., Isometrics & Piping Supports.
? Piping Modeling and Isometric Extractions using PDS.
? Scope of work involves engineering of Tanks & Pumps Piping etc.
? Preparing of Nozzle orientation and platform requirement drawing.
? Plan, schedule and control all activities for the group.
? Targeting weekly isometrics schedule.
? Review project specifications, Design Basis, flow diagrams, and supplier information.
? Involved in Project co-ordination & interdepartmental activities such as IDC checking etc.
? Conducting Model Review at various stages of project (30%, 50% & 90% Model Review)

3. Worked with “SNC LAVALIN ENGINEERING INDIA PVT LTD.” as Piping Engineer from 1st Jan 2007 till 15th Feb.2008
Projects:
? Petro-Rabigh PC1 & PC2 (Polyethylene Plant) Projects.
? ECOPHOS (Pharmaceutical Products.)
Responsibilities:
? Checking Piping G.A., Isometrics & Piping Supports.
? Piping Modeling in PDS and Isometric Extractions.
? Checking Vendor Drawings, Mechanical MDS & civil structural & foundation Drawings.



4. Worked with “IBI CHEMATUR LTD.” as Piping Engineer from 24th Dec. 2004 to 30thDec.2006.
Projects:
? SNC LAVALIN PC1 & PC2 PROJECTS.
? HYUNDAI FLARE PROJECT (CALLIDUS)
