Plant Manager/Production Manager/Plant Superitendent/ Process Engineer,

Management at Operation of Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemical Plant ,available for the position Production manager/Superintendent, Process Team Leader. Engineering for the same field at the position Senior Process Engineer

• Good English language skills both spoken and written
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership, strong for dealing with other people in polite and cool way.
• Computer literate, Microsoft office (word, excel, power point, visio, Acces).
• Experienced as the Chief of Management Representative for the ISO 9001-2000, (licenced on August 2005), ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18000 establishment and Implementation which were certified by Lloyd Register Quality Assurance .
• Experience Departments under control are Production ,PPIC (production Planning and Inventory Control) and Maintenance and Engineering.
• Hand on experienced for handling operation for the petroleum oil for the gas phase,liquid phase and cryogenic system.
• More than 20 years experience on Petroleum Refinery /Petrochemical Plant Operation , for the various position as like The Refinery operator, Refinery Board Operator, Plant Supervisor, Plant Superintendent , Process Engineer and The Last Position as Plant /Production Manager at the Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemical plant with process licensed by Shell , UOP , ABB-Lummus, Vicolube - Italy , IFP -France ,Glitch and etc
• Familiar with environment work Plant is started from the period of Pre-commissioning/commisioning and start up and normal operation for unit operation as such the Crude Distillation Unit, Naphtha ,Kerosene And Hydro Treating , Plate Former , Long Residue Vis-breaker, Thermal Cracker, Olefin Complex ( Thermal Cracker, Ethylene, Propylene), LPG Recovery Plant , Steam Reformer –hydrogen Plant and etc.
• Advance to do Technical plant process performance evaluation, Data gathering, consolidation and analysis, Design and implementation of plant modifications, Interface management with exiting facilities within or outside plant battery limits, Design reviews and quality control, Process quality reviews during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
• Hand on experience for more than 10 times the Plant start up , Normal and emergency shutdown , for the Ethylene plant, Crude Oil Refinery Complex ( CDU, Naphtha hydro theater, Plate Former , LPG Plant , Gas /oil Treatment Plant and Used Oil Refinery ( hydro treating, Vacuum distillation ,Steam Reformer / H2 Plant) and others.

Bachelor degree for Chemical Engineering from University of National Development, UPN"VETERAN" Jogyakarta, Indonesia ( 1996-1990)
