Industrial Engineer

I am looking for opportunity in various IE fields that allow to me learn more about the engineering environments while giving me a chance to use my skills as an engineer in order to achieve the optimum result on all of the improvement's dimensions

Process Engineer (Technical engineer) in Mesc-Fujikura cable company (MFCC) in Jordan which is specialized on producing power cables “ Low ,medium, high voltage cables , and overhead conductors”. In MFCC I had the following duties:
Analyze with mathematical/statistical techniques technical problems and provide solutions to them.
Develop manufacturing technology for new and (or) existing products to ensure optimum results are achieved in output, capacity, quality and safety.
Study and set-up quality control plan and operational standards for manufacturing process and specification of required raw material.
Study and determine possible ways for improvement of process capability, cost reduction and reduction of wastage.
Ensure the calibration of measuring equipments and tools.
Plan and arrange the required number of operators and supervisors for the production department.
Arrange, allocate and control overtime work and report to direct manager.
Train supervisors to ensure compliance to operational and safety standards and knowledgeable about S.O.P issued by technical engineer.
Secure understanding of company policies, objective, and work towards achieving the same in the daily assignment.
Report incident to the manger such as machine breakdown, industrial accident, product defect…. etc.

Official university training as production engineer in Consolidated Jordanian Company for steel industry .

2001 – 2002: Obtained G.S.C (Scientific stream), Jordan
2002–2007: B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Industrial Engineering Department, Jordan, Amman

• November 2007 – march 2008

I had a training course in the branch of the company “Federal Fujikura Cables“ in Malaysia as certified process engineer .

November 2008: Attended two days of Awareness & Internal Auditing , ISO9001: 2000 course. DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV). Amman, Jordan.

Main Achievements:
Mechanically installing ROSINDHAL sheathing (bedding) and insulation production lines.
Mechanically installing LESMO bunching machine with 37 wires baskets on the pay-off and 2000 mm drum on the take-up.

Train more than 40 operator and helper in the best way of using the above production machines.
Developing all of the procedures and documents for the production department which is needed to satisfy ISO:9001 system requirements.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) for Copper drawing, Aluminum drawing, stranding, taping, cabling (laying up), and armoring processes.
Defining all of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the cables industry perfectly and issuing all of the required reports and documents that show the situation of the KPI's values at any moment, and working toward achieving the KPI's company targets.
Issuing the required documents that grantee a perfect traceability system for the production department.
Working towards increasing the competency of the workers in the production department up to 90%.
 Good in Promodel and Arina software.
 Good knowledge in C++ language.
 Very Good in AutoCAD.
 Excellent in Microsoft Office.
