PRESENT PROFESSION

Presently joined SAMREF (Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery,,Saudi Arabia Yanbu) as an Instrumentation Engineer from March 2009 till date.
Working on following Activities :
• Technical bid analysis for various Instruments & Instrument fittings.
• Preparation of Installation package for Radar type level Instrument.
• Conduit sizing and duct bank sizing.

3 years of EXPERIENCE

Worked in FLUOR INDIA as an INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER from June 2008 to February 2009 for their on going project with MARATHON(DHOUP).

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of level sketches.
• Calculation of orifice sizing in Intools.
• Preparation of datasheets for Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Pressure Transmitter , Temperature Transmitter, Pressure Safety Valve.
• Wake Frequency Calculation for Thermowells.



Worked in NICE CONSULTANCY , THANE as an INSTRUMENTATION DESIGN ENGINEER from June 2006 to May 2008.
A) Was Deputed to Shaw Stone & Webster Rolta.
Worked on following project :
1) Exxon Mobil Chemical Asia pacific(SPT Olefins Recovery project)
• Preparation of Instrumentation Index in Intools.


2) HDPE(YANSAB)
• Wiring & generation of loop drawings in Intools.

B) Was Deputed to ASCENT CONTROLS, Thane (project for DIC, NOIDA) (Chemical Industry).
• Preparation of Instrument Plot Plan & Junction Box Plan.
• Preparation of Junction Box grouping
• Preparation of junction box schedule.
• Preparation of cable schedule.
• Preparation of cable tray routing drawings
• Preparation of specification & data sheets of on-off valve, pressure & temperature gauge, orifice meter, mass flowmeter, Ultrasonic transmitter, level switch, pressure safety valve, pressure transmitter, temperature element & transmitter.
• Preparation of process hook-up drawings for various instruments & pneumatic hook-up for valves.

C) Worked in NICE CONCULTANCY For Aker Kwaerner Power Gas (Project for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.) (Hydro cracker Unit).
• Review of instrument P&IDs.
• Preparation of Instrument Plot Plan & Junction Box Plan.
• Preparation of Junction Box grouping
• Preparation of junction box schedule.
