•Work as the Project Survey Manager of the eleven (11) clustered building, such as Headquarter and Office Park Buildings.
•Performs the duties of Project Survey Manager, assist with the administration of the Survey Work Request system, prepares planning, distribution of works, scheduling and supervision of crews, work tasks and other related matters, to meet the deadlines within given time frames.
•Coordinate and check to the Structural Survey Manager of the Contracor and Consultant, regarding control points, and make necessary documentation as per their approved control points.
•Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
•Communicate and Coordinate to the Installation Managers and Project Manager regarding the problems encountered on site and explain clearly what reference systems to use.
•Prepares survey CAD drawings as required in the performance of duties.
•Coordinates with Design Engineering team members to resolve digital data issues.
•Performs and/or checks survey computations as required in the performance of duties.
•Downloads and uploads digital data files to and from automated survey instrument, such as Sokkia Total Station, for setting out coordinates, of the Surveyors.
•Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures.
•Convert County/Provincial Coordinates to Local Coordinates, or Project Datum Conversion or Transformation.
•Reporting, such as Tracking Progress Report and Data Analysis.
•Operate a Total Station survey instrument and efficiently use of the program.
•Produce clear and accurate ‘as built’ surveys of a standard Auto Cad drawings and Excel spread sheets that can be issued to Contractors and Consultants.
•Assist with the training of subordinates, and monitor all Project Surveyor in each building to obtain and maintain necessary data to complete the project survey.
