I am in commissioning site and I have handling the Natural gas pipeline project (include laying of pipeline, MOS, Cathodic Protection, P&ID’s, Detailed Engineering) for getting the approval from GASCO.
I have prepared the standard operation procedure for the entire plant especially for natural gas.
I am handling the PG Heater, NG Knock out drum, Methane cracking reformer, plate type and shell & tube heat exchangers. Humidifier to increase moisture content of our recycling/process gas, Quench Orifice, Cooling tower, Reboiler, Absorption and Stripping column for removing the CO2 from our process gas emission. Desulfurization of Natural Gas from Maqta by Our Product DRI.
I have trained by the HYL Peoples from Mexico in our site. Maintain a safe n optimized operation of major processing equipment including large complex pumps feed n product storage n pipe line distribution system. Assisting the seniors in all related works. Time & method Study, Machine layout, operation break down, target setting, line balancing, productivity analysis, quality / productivity improvement, work aides, training, etc
Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility, familiar with chemical hazards and procedures to safely operate process equipment in production areas.
