„« Ensure That Proper Quality Control Techniques And Procedures Are Established By The Contractor. Ensure That Quality Control Is Carried Out During The Installation Phase According Inspetion And Test Plan and Method Statement :--
Cable trays, Supports , Brackets, Wires, Cables And Cable Glands
Transformers,Switch gear ,Capastor bank and ATS function
UPS Batteries and chargers including load check
Navigational aids and obstruction lightes
Telecommunication system PAGA,CCTV,F.O
Normal and Emyrgency Lighting and receptacles and Light level check
Generators including all testing and function test
Gas turbines and all instrument device
Motor control center including relay test
Fire and gas system ,fire alarm,fire fitting and ESD
Equipment and facilities tagging ,and leabligg
Tubing and fitting according hookup and typical det.
Instrument calibrations
„« Supervise and witness Meager Tests and Continuity checks for all cables.
„« Supervise and witness tubing, loop checks and leak tests.
„« Ensure correct inventory and proper inspection records are maintained by contractor for bulk material and vendor supplier
„« Check With Sub-contractors,Schedule,Last Rev Of All Drawings, And Method Statement
„« Ensure Inspection Of Vendor Equipment Items Before, During And After Installation In Accordance With Project Acceptance Standards
„« Check to ensure adequate and proper inspection records by contractor.
„« Ensure Witness testing and Hold points as appropriate.
„« Participate in the resolution of quality problems as directed.
„« Preparation of construction punch list. And follow up
„« Assist in the preparation of field change notices or technical quarry, extra work orders and back charges notices.
„« Ensure safety standards and requirements are observed and bring policy matters to attention of superior.
„« Corporate with and assist contractor and others, where possible, in the achievement of quality works.
„« Lockout / Tagout Procedure And Safety Tool Box For E/I Commissioning jobs
„« Provide commissioning input for specific E&I equipment and systems Safety and Operability reviews
