These road works form part of the future ring road around St Petersburg. The overall length of the Barrier is 25.4km.)

1) managing the technical interface between the Russian Design Institutes and three international design companies involved in the project, of UK, of Netherlands and of Norway.
2) Involvement in all technical and mechanical works and all associated infrastructure works
3) Working and communicating in both the Russian and English language
