• treated and prevented piping blockage from different obstacles (hydrates, wax and slugging) and optimized deepwater production by analyzing flow assurance process
• prepared outlining technical report for preventive maintenance and pipe failure analysis by using diagrams designed with Olga software
• ensured continuous oil production by developing piping sizing calculations using Excel, ASME B31.4 and API 1111 standards to determined the nominal wall thickness and thermal insulation
• prepared procedure for gas lift injection to maintain stable reservoir and determined the effects of thermodynamic and geometric parameters (tube, valves) on the control of the system for ensuring interrupted production
