• Work Permits and following the processes until they get the work permits for different countries such as Israel, England, UEA, Turkmenistan, Italy….etc.
• Whenever they are going abroad, I get the security permits from GE side; they have a special program called TAS (Travel Advisory System). I am administrative in the system.

• Organizing the crew’s travels not only in country but also in abroad (flights, services from the airport to the hotels etc. beginning from their houses ending in the site). After arranging the flights, informing the crew about their flight details. Also, making sure that they arrived their hotels.
• Visiting the outages, controlling the project, solving the crew problems.
• Organizing crew’s hotel arrangements: Making agreements with the hotels and controlling the crew’s billing that the hotels send to the company.
• Approved all the travel invoices.
• For the foreigner crew: I get the Gendarme approvals for them to stay and work in Turkey, make their hotel and flight reservations.
• I get into conference calls with the other countries immigration offices; business leaders, European leaders and service managers to solve the problems that might arise during the visa or work permit processes.
• Relationship Management - Maintaining internal relationships with field employees , Ops team , Management
• Working on Powersource; Based on Crew Sheet Create job - Place the employee on the relevant Job, Complete ACP (labor rates etc), Initiate the immigration work flow,
Create an EE or site, iniate all the steps of the outage’s details on PWS.
• Making daily 2 reports for Immigration Leader, Europe-AIM-Asia - Responsible offices: Turkey, Hungary, UK, Ireland and Germany.
• Responsible for all the mobilizations to Turkey.
• Follow-up the EE’s immigration process, when all the process finish, Cleared EE to travel in the Immigration queue.
