Nature of work (Roles and responsibilities):
ƒÞ Full operational responsibility and accountability for the performance of engagements.
ƒÞ Working on various audit and non-audit engagements, simultaneously, throughout the year for more than two partners/directors.
ƒÞ Responsible for providing excellent client service through effective project/engagement management.
ƒÞ Building new relationships and effectively manage existing ones.
ƒÞ Performing so as to achieve business goals/financial targets, such as, improving fee and recovery; and personally selling/facilitating/helping clients to buy firm¡¦s services.
ƒÞ Active day-to-day management of all staff on engagements, and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of use of staff resource to meet requirements of clients and staff.
ƒÞ Critical role in the motivation and career development of staff, and in the provision of ongoing training to staff.
ƒÞ Performance reviews and regular feedback to staff on engagements and counselees.
ƒÞ Complying in all respects with the firm¡¦s internal procedures and standards.
