Plant Maintenance Engineer (Gas) with 5 years experience

To obtain mid-level work in Mechanical Engineering Department that will lead to develop a career as an Engineering Manager with Technical background.

Bachelor in Science of Mechanical Engineering and near about 5 (five) years practical experience in Operation and Maintenance of Different types of Natural Gas Process plant, Distillation process plant, Fire-hydrant System including Welding Facilities.
Present Job Responsibility
Operation and Maintenance of all kinds of equipments of uninterrupted gas flow of 415 MMscfd Glycol Dehydration and LTS type (with & without glycol) process plant and 2 nos. 500 BBLs capacity Fractionation Plant.
Operation & Maintenance of Automatic Well Control Panel
a) Fluid Delivery Pump, Regulator, Valves and Hydraulic actuator.
b) High-Low pilot unit.
Operation & Maintenance of Pump
a) High Capacity Vertical and Horizontal Pump.
b) Water Pump, Feed Pump, Motor Spirit & High Speed Diesel Pump
Operation & Maintenance of Manual and Pneumatic Control Valves
a) All kinds of Manual Valves (gate, plug, globe, ball valve etc.).
b) Pressure Control, Level Control and Flow Control Valves.
Operation & Maintenance of Different type Air Cooler/Condenser
a) Overhead Condenser
♦ Supervise Foreman, Instrument Mechanics, Turner, Welder and assist other manpower related to maintenance activities.

Directly Involved with following Works
♦ To prepare the Tender Document and evaluate the bids against this tender for procurement of Plant Maintenance Materials.
♦ Preparing the Specification of different types of Instruments/Equipments related to Gas Processing Plant with maintained International Code.
♦ Supervised and Preparing Working Plan of Crane, Trailer, Prime mover with Driver.
♦ Making Monthly, Weekly and Daily works schedule.
♦ Checking and Installation of Cathodic Protection System of High Pressure Gas flow line.
♦ Radiography testing of Welding joint.
♦ Supervised the Plant Painting & Painter Contractor.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with CGPA: 3.32 (on the scale of 4.00) from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur.

JOB ASSIGNMENT AS PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
(1)Installation and Commissioning of a 40 MMSCF capacity 2 Phase Knockout Separator.
(2)Installation and Commissioning of a 40 MMSCF capacity 3 Phase Separator.
(3)Making, Set-up and Commissioning a Skid Mounted Glycol Injection Pump arrangement with three KIMRAY Pump.
(4)Making, Set-up with Pumping facilities a 500 BBL capacity Water-Condensate Tank.
(5)Making and Set-up Re-boiler heater coil of Fractionation Plant.
