June 1987 to May 1995
Worked as a driller at E-1400 Rig, E-760 rig of oil and natural gas corporation Ltd, India. From 1987 to Oct 1995. June 1995 -2006
I worked as a Tool pusher from 1995 to April 2005 at E-1400 rig and drilled exploratory as well as development, vertical as well as deviated well. During these years I have come across a variety of problems and solved the complications like Swabbing, sever mud loss, string stuck-up, Fishing etc. Most of the wells drilled by our Rig were exploratory type in the depth range of 3000mts to 4065mts. gas as well as oil well .From may 2005 till oct2006 I worked as drilling i/c ofE760-X rig in A&AA Basin. From oct 2006 to Dec 2006 worked as a Tool pusher in Dalma energy company deep drilling rig E-2000 category in Oman.
2007 to till date
PRESENTLY WORKING IN A REPUTED INTERNATIONAL COMPANY AS A DRILLING SUPERVISOR FROM March 2007 TILL TO DATE. PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OMAN (SHELL GROUP) ˇV SULTANATE OF OMAN Responsibilities include: Manage the well construction process carried out by the rig contractor and service companies on the basis of agreed programs and according to clearly defined standards. contribute to the development and maintenance of expertise with respect to execution of drilling, work over and completion programs, with special attention to well control and Co-ordinate the planning, programming and execution of all„Xsafety management. well-site related activities, from mobilization to a new location (including rig move and transport of materials) to Demobilization (including site clearing), in close liaison with PDO and contractor resources; be on-site controller for all emergencies on the rig (or at the camp) and provide support to the Local Emergency Base Controller. verify that the quality and cost effectiveness of the drilling, work-over and well completion products delivered , contribute in promoting the implementation of new technology and innovative operating methods; evaluate and report results;
We report daily drilling progress in EDM now . Before EDM we used DIMS for reporting.

• I have experience of drilling deep exploratory/ developement wells in the depth range of 5200-5400 m, work over operation (re-entry, window cutting & side tracking, time drilling), deep well Fishing, working on sour gas wells(security level III), using RSS system, working with water base mud as well as polymer mud, drilling vertical/deviated/ horizontal wells, drilling under severe mud loss zone, quality reporting in EDM, installing tapered cemented as well as Tie back liner completion, working with auto driller. I have experience of almost all the operations right from rig move to production testing including coring, casing& cementation, installing conventional as well as composite well head, well activation by conventional method as well as TCP and production testing, casing cutting&retrieving if well becomes dry, checking casing design, Swabing, Well control etc. During my period Rig was assessed for international certification and got QHSE certificate . Type of formations drilled: Lime stone, dolomite,shale, sanstone,siltstone.
PDO goal zero target, No harm to people we are maintaining at our unit by conducting operation in safeway. Stop programme is very much effective on our unit. HSE performance is excellent.
We report all incidents in Impact( pdo incident reporting system), prepare AAR at the end of each phase , share lateral learning from incident, down time analysis (NPT) and post Mortems on problems, if any
