Job Duties & Responsibilities :
-Review and Integrate all schedule submitted to the shop.
-Review the Shop Plan along with Shop Engineers and Shop Superintendent.
-Issue Weekly Shop Floor Plan to Shop Superintendent, Shop Engineers and Projects.
-To ensure Drawings, Materials, Welding Procedures and Equipments are available for the job when required.
-Report weekly work progress and any slippage to Yard Planning Manager.

Position : Dimensional Control

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
-Dimensional check of pre-welding and post welding on structural assembly liaison of drawing and acceptance standard requirements.
-Responsible for all aspects of dimensional control on such measuring lengths, height, width, angles and levelling.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
-Inspection of incoming materials.
-Review drawings and ensure Approved WPS as well as Qualified welders are available.
-Ensure that approved WPS are followed.
-Monitor and control of welding consumable and welder performance record.
-Inspect fit-up, alignment and visual inspection of all welds.
-Ensure implementation of Quality Control Plans, Specification and Procedures.
-Final dimensional inspection.
-Prepare daily inspection reports.
-Review NDT reports and maintain all related file and record.
-Maintain and update all quality related documents at site.
