Al Jubail Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (KEMYA) (SABIC-ExxonMobil Joint Venture.)

Safety Facilitator(Supply to SABIC)
• Responsible for the effective implementation and monitoring of safety programs, especially to contractors and operations.
• Conduct investigation and review of contractors performance.
• Facilitate new safety programs deployment and monitor effective implementation.
• Other thing as required by Safety Superintendent.

JANA (Jubail Industrial Chemical Company) - September 2006 to Dec 2006
Safety Engineer. –
• Review safety programs and develop strategic implementation, responsive action per situation require.
• Develop Training package, Safety Orientation, and other Safety talks.
• Review Job Safety Analysis, Task Risk Analysis on critical jobs, especially critical lifts.

SPC (Saudi Polyolefin Company) or Tasnee Petrochemicals – Dec 2005 to September 2006
Electrical Engineer
• Responsible for the inspection for quality of materials, installation of electrical aspect of the project.

ARASCO (Arabian Agricultural Services Co.)

• Reporting to the Chief Engineer.
• Electrical inspector for contractor accomplishment quantity and quality of work.
• Modifying and designing electrical system of machinery and equipment for improvement
• Coordinating to other department regarding some engineering and construction works.

• Act as liaison officer to safety and environmental government agencies.
• Over all in-charge of environmental concern such as pollution & waste management,

Brief Qualification - A Registered Electrical Engineer; graduated top of his class and passed the licensure exam with flying color. With wide range of technical experience in manufacturing facilities, from semiconductor, textile, food, etc.. In addition, exposed to construction of Petrochemical plant and commissioning of industrial facilities. Well knowledgeable of the latest engineering standard practices recognized internationally (ANSI, API, NEC, IEEE, IEC, ISA, NEMA, SES, etc,) including safe work practices OSHA, ROSPA, Etc. Wide experience in management and facilitating position.
