-Develop expediting schedules and communicates regularly and follow up with supply affiliates and vendors, by E-mail, telephone to ensure timely delivery of materials
-Chasing more difficult vendors to deliver purchasing order, and tracing shipments and costs
-Contribute to develop, implement and manage a consistent, coordinated approach for the importation and exportation of goods, provide cost-effective, timely, and traceable movement of company products both inbound and outbound

-Write & publish daily, weekly reports in MS Excel, or web-based reporting tool, or any reporting tool designated by the operational departments
-Interpret clients requirements; identify dataset needed to meet those requirements

-Follow up traffic trend through time and places in order to get out the problems then contacts the concerning departments and Forecast the traffic in specific occasion

-Liaising with overseas client¡¦s freight forwarders, invoicing and general office duties to prepare files and obtain competitive freight quotations
-Coordinate with Overseas Freight Forwarder to arrange dispatch of consignments by air or by sea , liaise with shipping companies to trace shipment and help to solve any problem
-Coordinate with the proper channels to arrange transportation and processing documentation for importing hazardous and dangerous equipment and product & make sure the escorts is organized once clearing process is concluded
-Liaise with transport departments to book and completing all relevant paperworks to deliver shipment from Port towards: Dry Port ; Warehouses ; Hazardous Parking Area
