After successfully completing his training and military education he left the Corps of Engineers as a commissioned officer to further his career within the commercial security and services sector.
After entering the commercial security industry in the United Kingdom, he gained valuable experience in business development, operations, security and contract management.
During the last few years he was based in the Middle East, working on a diverse range of logistics and security related projects for the oil, energy and gas industries. His experience in international operations has provided him with valuable knowledge of the global security and logistics industry. Presently Johan forms part of the ROSS Team, focussing on the development of safe logistical support services for Terra Seis Middle East's seismic operations in Kurdistan and other global locations.
