Job Profile

• Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
• Raising MTO(s) for all materials required to additional materials for hydro test etc.
• Preparation of field piping system test packages ,including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
• Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
• Ensure tat all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
• Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials & drawings
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.
• Develop Construction Engineering Technology in line with Company Policy and Procedures.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with Company National and International Health Safety and Environmental Legalisation.
• Examine engineering proposals for constructability.
• Maintain the necessary records to ensure full quality assurance requirements are met.
• Organizing and allocation of right manpower for fabrication & erection.
• Coordinating with Planning for work schedules and priorities.
• Coordinating with Safety and QA/ QC dept. for smooth functioning of works
• Reviewing of the progress on daily & weekly basis and analyze the productivity of Resources.
• Re-conciliation of the works executed on regular basis.
Co-ordination with engineering team for Technical queries / Clarifications.
