1- Assistant Manager (Technical)

I have worked in Designing and Development section of the organization as a design engineer and following activities were included in my responsibilities:

 Preparation of material balance sheets for proposed systems.
 Participation in layout planning for the proposed system.
 Preparation of specifications in proper form and/or detail for use by the project team as well as for the purchasing function.
 Technical Evaluation of inquiries about the material cost, Grades, Specifications and recommendation of qualified vendor.
 Design of detailed Mechanical Structure of the system using appropriate softwares like AutoCAD 2000, AutoCAD 2004, ANSYS, MD Solids etc.
 Analysis of the designed system from various aspects including vibration mode analysis, thermal analysis, centre of gravity, Gyro centre.
 Fabrication, Installation and commissioning of designed system.
 Operation monitoring and optimization in the process to get the maximum efficiency of installed system.
2- Application Engineer (Technical)

Duration: Jun 07, 2008 to till date
Organization: Orient Energy Systems

Following activities are included in my responsibilities:

• Preparation of proposals (Technical and Financial) for different GENSETS to be used for different sites.
• Preparation of quotation including pricing and warranty about the GENSETS provided.
• Manufacturing, of Foundation Pad for proper installation of GENSETS.
• Earthing and pitting of the GENSETS at the site.
• Installation of GENSET at the site.
