Present Job:

Working with Industrial Support Services company a group of AL-BASAM Ltd as a Multi Technician (RT,UT,MT & PT). Already attended variouse Shutdowns in the following companies like Petrokemya, Saudi Chevron, Tasnee and Zahred petrochemical companies as per Safety work permit precaution systems. Other than that I came across the following FABSHOPES & STEEL INDUSTRIES like Zaamil Steel, Inma Steel, Gulg Heavy Industries, OLAYAN DESCON, AYTB & ANABEEB.

CAREER PROFILE:

· From 21/06/1993 to 08/11/1995 in a Petrochemical company which is called Pentasia Chemical Ltd (A subsidiary of Asian Paints) at Cuddalore, Tamilnadu. INDIA.


· From November 1995 to 2006 worked with AMSCO LTD in ARAMCO Project Riyadh Refinery at Tank Farm Area Saudi Arabia.


· From May 2006 to December 2007 with Avarsarala Technologies Ltd, in En-Masse Fuel Loading work at Narora Atomic Power Station (NAPS), Unit-I Narora U.P. in the NDT Activities.


· Working in Industrial Support Services company Saudi Arabia as a NDT Technician since September /2008.

JOB PROFILE:

· Interpretation of Radiography films of welds joints.

· Conducting LPT/MPT Testing.

· Witnessing Ultrasonic Testing of Welds.
· Inspection such as raw materials, Plates, Pipes and fittings of vendors as per codes and Client requirements.
· Preparation of Isometric as Built Drawings.

· Visual Inspection of weld Joints.

· Visual Inspection of Furnace tubes by using TUBOSCOPE (SEE SNAKE) SYSTEM.

· Having Knowledge of codes ASME Sec. VIII DIV.1, ASME B 31.1,
ASME 31.3 API 1104 and API 650

Educational Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Educational Tamilnadu, India.

: ASNT Level –II in the following Subjects

1. Radiographic Testing
2. Ultra Sonic Testing
3. Magnetic Particle Testing
4. Liquid Penetration Testing

Additional Qualification : AutoCAD – From LCC (Lakhotia Computer Center) A Division of LCC InfoTech Ltd.

Educational Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Educational Tamilnadu, India.
