a)Uninterrupted production of polymer within established parameters
b)Compliance with prescribed standards
•Monitor process operations, provide feedback of any deviations from standards to the GM and suggest remedial actions.
•Maximize utilizations of available resources (equipment and manpower) for optimum output.
•Provide input to the GM in the development of periodic plans to ensure smooth operations of the plant.
•Define works standards in at maximizing productivity and ensure compliance with company’s safety, health, environmental (including housekeeping) and Quality standards.
•Manage an inventory of consumable items and replenish as required on the basis of established systems.
•Coach and built capabilities of entire team.
•Evaluate the performance of staff and submit performance appraisal with recommendation to GM.

B.Sc Engineering (Chemical) degree from University of Punjab, Lahore in 1988 securing high second division.

Worked with the site Representative of Zimmer AG during pre commissioning, start-up and commissioning of PET plant with the capacity of 260 t/d.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
•Got promotion from Manager to Assistant General Manager with attractive increment, July 2006.
•Got promotion from Deputy Manager to Manger, August 2000.
•Independently perform complete shut down and start up of Polymer Plant (Unit-II) in 2006 and 2007 in Dewan Salman Fibre Ltd.
•Made modifications of the Polymer plant to increase its efficiency.
•Got promotion on confirmation from Chemical Engineer to Assistant Manager in Rupali Polyester Ltd., Lahore.
•Got highest increment every year during the stay in Rupali Polyester Ltd., Lahore.
•Trained Engineers who handled shifts independently in Rupali Polyester Ltd., Lahore and ICI Polyester Plant, Lahore.
•During the stay assisted the management many times in shut down and start up of Polymer plant in 1994.
•Made modifications in design of Rupali Polyester to increase its efficiency
oModified conveyor line to avoid frequent blockages in case of emergency.
oModified condensate header at different floors for local isolation.
