Proactive Mechanical Engineer, leader of Product development and manufacturing processes applying Kaizen, Poka Yoke, SMED and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, with experience in Tooling design, test devices, calculation and manufacturing of structures, machines and automated devices, JIGs, Fixtures, Zero gravity devices, controlled by programmable relays, and PLC.
Experience in tooling and die design, involving Hot and Cold Work tool steel´s selection applied in the Coil and Leaf spring and stabilizer bar´s manufacturing environment
Experience in manufactured part´s dimension control and metrology using calyper, heigth gage, micrometer, rugosymeter and reverse engineering with the FARO ARM.
Proven abilities in diverse 3D modeling CAD environments (Solid Edge, Solid Works, NX), 2D drawing generation, shaft and bearing calculation, column and plate sizing, Finite Element Analysis using ANSYS Workbench and Cosmos Works Simulation Premium.
