Responsibilities:
• Provide first level support to users and resolve issues in relation to their day-to-day job
• Act as a focal point between the user community and the second level support in all SAP issues
• Ensure business processes are followed
• Create tickets for business process problems which cannot be solved locally. Expedite and test support tickets
• Inform users of any system changes.
• Train the users within their area on individual basis and determine training needs for large scale requirements
• Prepare training Documentation / Manuals with the assistance of the SAP Training team
• New user setup applications, ensure authorizations are tested & assigned correctly
• Assist in SAP projects as required and carry out process testing

Fully trained in Materials Management module (SAP EEC 6.0) which includes SCM interfaces with the following modules:
• PM [Plant Maintenance]
• WM [Warehouse Management]
• IM [Inventory Management]
• IS-OIL [Remote Logistics]

Middle East career commenced as a PURCHASER in the Procurement Department, handled Projects for Iran, Refurbishment of Rigs at Jebel Ali and International Purchasing for Rigs at Brunei and Algeria [using the 2 and 3 legged process in SAP] off liner support for Rigs located at remote locations which use PC Kardex like Gabon, Libya, Nigeria and Pakistan.
