Coordinating activities of QHSE Coordinators and Environmental Supervisors for Oilfield and Maintenance Area # 2, 3 & 4;
Developing and ensuring implementation of QHSE procedures;
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding workplace Occupational Health and Safety;
Monitoring lagging and leading safety indicators and developing actions accordingly;
Implementing safety management systems, risk management, incident investigation, emergency response management, auditing and inspection;
Training the local workforce and supporting contractor teams;
Promoting safe work and injury free workplace through monitoring of safety committee activities; training and awareness sessions; safety walkthrough; safety site inspections; hazard identification reporting; behavior base program; Job Safety Analysis; Toolbox Meetings; etc.
