January 2007 till Date (full time activity): SHE Advisor for Oilfield and Maintenance Area # 2, 3 & 4 with PSN for the operations and maintenance facilities of the Tchad - Cameroon pipeline project with specific responsibilities including:
Coordinating activities of QHSE Coordinators and Environmental Supervisors for Oilfield and Maintenance Area # 2, 3 & 4;
Developing and ensuring implementation of QHSE procedures;
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding workplace Occupational Health and Safety;
Monitoring lagging and leading safety indicators and developing actions accordingly;
Implementing safety management systems, risk management, incident investigation, emergency response management, auditing and inspection;
Training the local workforce and supporting contractor teams;
Promoting safe work and injury free workplace through monitoring of safety committee activities; training and awareness sessions; safety walkthrough; safety site inspections; hazard identification reporting; behavior base program; Job Safety Analysis; Toolbox Meetings; etc.
Performing incident investigation analysis with actions to prevent recurrence;
Ensuring compliance to Occupational Safety and Health Assessment Series OSHAS 18001
Ensuring compliance to Environmental Management requirement with reference to ISO 14001 through soil pollution and erosion control; air quality monitoring; water quality monitoring; noise pollution control; hazardous and non hazardous waste management; etc.;
Promoting good environmental practices process through minimizing of waste generation, reusing of waste, waste recycling etc.;
Ensuring compliance to Quality Management requirement with reference to ISO 9001 through effective quality control and quality assurance at the various process stages of the operations.

January 2006 to December 2006 (full time activity): SHE Coordinator at Maintenance Area # 2 with PSN for the maintenance and operations phase of the Tchad - Cameroon pipeline project with specific responsibilities including:
Participating in designing and writing of site specific SHE procedures;
Preparing site specific emergency response plans and conducting emergency response drills on regular basis;

Professional Training: - Specilaiste de la Prevention des Accidents du Travail et des Maladies Professionnelles by INRS (Institut Nationale de la Recherche et de la Securite) of Paris – France ;
- 40 hours Construction Safety by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration); - Adult Instructional delivery by Exxonmobil; - Exxonmobil Fundamentals of Safety; - First Aid Response and CPR by Exxonmobil; - Oil Spill Response by Exxonmobil; - Competency Assurance System by Exxonmobil; - Incident Investigation and Analysis including Root Cause Analysis using TapRooT®; - Basic Fire Fighting;
- Advance First Aid Responder;
- Risk Assessment and Management – Technical Level II;
- IOSH Certified ‘Managing Safely’.
