o Preparation of Templates by AutoCAD & cutting plan by Auto nesting in Columbus software – ESAB to avoid wastage of material & consumption of materials.
o Follow up the monthly planning schedule for each and every job and preparing the workload for the workers
o Inspection of job for each and every stage like Marking, Forming, Fit Up, Welding and Testing.
o Investigate the product quality problems / customer complaints and take follow-up actions
