* performing analytical chemistry assays in final products based on new and existing methodologies, operating analytical instrumentation such as HPLC& GLC.
* Analyzing (RM) Solvents like Iso-Bualine, Hexane, Acrilo, Acto Nitrile, Tolune, Methanol,Iso-Butanol and Isopropyl alcohol using GLC and submitting their Capillary profile to Process department & Store.

* Lead and conduct laboratory investigations & troubleshooting the laboratory Instruments and monitoring in process samples analysis and up to date sending the daily deviation reports to the AGM (Laboratory) & Production GM.
* Daily monitoring the preparation of standard reagents and ensure comply with SOPs and are correctly labeled at all times.
* Interact with Area Supervisors, Unit Engineers or Unit Operators to help troubleshoot Process problems and assist the Department Manager and Chief Chemist as needed.
* Maintain the stock of chemicals, chromatography columns, reference Standards and advice procurement in good time to ensure adequate stocks exists at all times.
* Trained on Chemical handling, lab safety and ensure proper storage of Chemicals,glassware & Carries out work in accordance with the applicable safety rules and procedures. Use of PPE when required. Recognises and reports unsafe conditions of work and also high standard of house-Keeping to be maintained at all times.
Eductation
* Degree: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with First class.
(June-1993 to Nov-1996).
* University: Bharathidhasan University, Tiruchirrappalli, Tamilnadu, India.
* Education Experience: Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry,Inorganic Chemistry and Physics.
