o Screening resumes, conducting preliminary written test, interviewing and selecting candidates for technical interview.
o Conducting HR Interview and directly reporting to Contract Performance Manager.
o Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
o Short listing the Candidates CV based on requirement and Job Description and Specification.
o Placing recruitment advertisement in new papers and websites for the E-recruitment.
o Arranging Visa, Air-Ticket and Accommodation for Interviewers.
o Conducting HR Interviews by Phone as well as face to face and finalizing salary and all other benefits.
o Preparing & Issuing Offer Letters and arranging Visa & Air-Ticket for the new recruits.
o Arranging Air-port pickup and Accommodation for new recruits as per the mobilization details.
o Organizing all Basic Training (H2S/BA and PTW).
o Explaining HR Policies, Procedures and Leave system to new employees at TWT Induction program.
o Maintaining and Publishing Weekly Manpower List, Staffing Plan, Assessment Requirement List and Gap Closure as per the Weekly and Monthly schedule.
o Preparing Monthly Reports.
o Arranging all technical training as per the Competency Assessment Register to achieve better KPI (Key Performance Indicator) on time.
o Scheduling and maintaining yearly annual leave plan.
o Arranging Medical and Finger Print (CID) for all new recruits.
o Updating Annual and Sick leaves in the Staffing Plan to calculate Planned Vs Actual man hours.
o Maintaining and updating 700+ employees’ personnel file.
o Verifying and approving Emergency Leave.
o Verify Assessment register and Leave schedule before proceeding annual leave to achieve 100% KPI.
o Follow-up annual and emergency leave over due employees and maintaining the leave plan as per the schedule.
o Arranging resigned employees’ annual benefits and other formalities for the smooth exit from the country.
o Conducting exit interview to reduce the attrition rate.
o Arranging Experience Certificate, Salary Certificate and Relieving Certificate based on the Employee requisition.
o Designing Software (Personnel Management System) based on the company needs.
o All administrative work in the HR Department.
