QHSE Senior Engineer

Seeking an International position as a HSE personal, where my previous HSE Engineering experience as well as my leadership abilities and skills will help me to obtain your company's mission.

„«Coordinate and prepare required permits and authorizations needed in planning and performing of drilling operation, e.g. conditions in authority permissions and partner and/or joint operator agreements
„«Assist in establishing emergency preparation plans
„«Conduct Planning and following up daily drilling operations on rig focusing on HSE and technical matters
„«Organize and follow up drilling contractor & drilling/well services ensuring safety culture, minimizing risk and maintaining function of all equipment associated to the drilling operation
„«Handle undesirable incidents, follow-up of actions and report HSE data/actions into tracking data system
„«Conduct, participate and follow up inspections and investigations
„«Identify and assess relevant HSE risk factors in activities and operations implementing zero harm to people and environment by keeping risk as low as reasonable (ALARP)
„«Contribute to a good working environment into drilling project and towards partners
„«Administer and manage HSE meetings involving rig and drilling contractor
„«Ensure drilling contractor operational meetings to include:
o Scope of Work and operational goals
o HSE performance
o Incidents reporting and improvements
o Monthly presentation by drilling contractor on : HSE program, plans and activities;
„«Incident status and statistics; Authority communication and tasks; Technical condition
„«Establish a follow-up plan for:
o Operational meetings
o HSE meetings
o HSE rig inspections
„«Issuing, consider and register of Safety Alerts as required
„«Ensure full requirement of the HSE polices and procedures are fully implemented on rig sites.
„«Provide specialist support and guidance to Company man/ Rig Manager on all aspect of HSE.
„«Ensure all safety rules, regulation and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to by all
„«Personnel (company / contractors / service companies).
„«Ensured that all prescribed safety measures are applied to maintenance, repair work and
„«Authorized the PTW accordingly.
„«Assist the operating unit to carry out the risk assessment as per the procedure to identify potential
„«Hazards and define the appreciate safety measures to be adapted, issue specific instruction in case of particular hazardous jobs
