I am a professional engineer, having 19 years of experience working with respective refinery, petrochemical and oil & gas plants. I have vast experience in commissioning, operating and designing operating units, utility and water treatment plants for more than 15 years. I involved in commissioning of Tioxide Malaysia, BP PTA plants back in 1992 and 1996 respectively. In 1997, I was a team leader in designing and commissioning of a new catalyst recovery unit in BP PTA which later awarded as Amoco Chairman’s executive medal for the most innovative project design within AMOCO in 1998.

In term of project exposure, I was the part project and start up team for BP Chemicals Malaysia revamp project that commissioned in year 2001. It was USD 100 million investments for new processing and waste water treatment train including newest technology of anaerobic reactor (UASB) and multimedia filters. Meanwhile in Shell Global Solutions, I participated in several projects including refinery, offshore facilities, LNG floating vessel, Thailand and Mexico LNG receiving terminal and petrochemical plants for Shell and non-Shell clients. With my current position in Petrofield International as senior process engineer/project manager, my responsibility is mainly in project managing and execution. Currently, I am involved in managing a new proposed refinery and petrochemical plant in Malaysia.
