Storekeeper/Materials man

Receive,inspect,Stack,issue Materials.post GR,GI thru SAP.Periodical inventory.vendor follow-up.Logistics handling for materials.

Responsible for the maintenance and storekeeping of all inventory items kept in the warehouse.
* Reviews, verifies regarding the movement of inventory items.
* Initiates, reviews and certify the contents of the purchase/store requisition as prepared by Warehouseman.
* Implement the prescribed record keeping procedures.
* Implements approved housekeeping procedures and safety programs.
* Provide assistance in conducting physical inventory and subsequent
* Reconciliation of counts with Sap System. (System Application in Product).
* Preparing Reports to Material Management Department (MMD) for Daily as well as Monthly Reports.
* Receiving the Spare parts, chemicals & Catalyst as per the delivery note against our Purchase Order.
* Proper tagging & stacking of material.
* Inward & Prepare Material Receiving Report (MRR) from computerized SAP system.
* Getting Material inspected from concern department.
*Administers and maintains transportation programs for shipments between the company and its suppliers or customers.
*Monitors and reports on procurement or distribution activities as directed.
*Supports internal customer requirements for transportation resources as necessary to best meet their needs.
* This includes tracking and tracing; freight cost estimates; carrier selection; product returns; emergency shipment support; transit information; and documentary support for domestic and/or international shipments.
*Processes claims, as needed, against carriers for loss, damage or service failures. Monitors and reports on freight claim activity as directed

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
* Secondary level (State board of Tamilnadu)
* Vocational training course as mechanical fitter (NCVT)
*Diploma in mechanical engineering. (On going), Rajasthan Vidyapeth University.


ADDITONAL QUALIFICATION:

*Diploma in Air conditioning and refrigeration
*Diploma in materials management (DMM)
