Operational Responsibilities:
„« Preventive Maintenance of rig equipments to avoid downtime and record the history of each equipment
„« Carryout major maintenance independently and sometimes under supervision.
„« Carryout rig moves without delays and in a safe way.
„« Troubleshoot the failure of equipment and rectify it to run the rig operation with the aim of Zero downtime and care of materials.
„« Inspection of third party equipments to verify that they are fit for use.
„« Design and implement modifications for rig enhancement.
„« Participate in QHSE and develop a safe work behavior to get the QHSE objectives for self and for the rig collectively.
Management Responsibilities:
„« Order parts for repairs and maintain stock of consumable items using CAMM (Computer Aided Maintenance Management) and SICS (Schlumberger Inventory Control System)
„« Plan the Capitalized budget for next year by the end of November of every year and plan the enhancement projects for rig and equipment.
„« Plan for major overhauls and prepare parts list for these jobs.
„« Communicate with management and suppliers to get right parts in time.
„« Supervise mechanical crew and train them as OFS professionals and built safe behavior.
