Completion Quality Technician

I have experience in the Technical document handover process, Turnover and Quality Control requirements, working with TCO standarts and requirements as Completion Technician in commissioning department.

•Develop a Work Flow Process describing in detail all steps of handling Quality Documentation using Visio Swim Lanes to show work flow.
•Work with QA/QC Engineers, Completion Managers, Operations Completion Coordinators and Contractor QC Supervisors in resolving all Quality issues.
•Validate all requirements have been met and track close out by document, system and Final Handover to Base Operation.
•Set up validation process to ensure all added or deleted QVD’s are justified.
•Develop a QVD waiver process to ensure a consistent application of waiver guidelines.
•Ensure all Quality records are completed & received in a timely manner.
•Develop Punch List items for outstanding QVDs, monitor and close out all items when completed.
•Verifying QVD status for Custody Transfer / Technical Commission / Mechanical Completion.
•Maintain current revision of Inspection & Test Plan (ITPs) in hard copy and electronically.
•Maintain current revision of QVD requirements per each ITP.
•Develop QVD status reports supported by charts and or graphs for each System/MOC.
•Verify that all necessary QVDs are indicated in Complete It / Stars
•Request QA/QC department to identify QVDs in Complete IT if they are not indicated or remove not required QVDs
•Reveal outstanding QVDs for the systems going to Custody Transfer, raise Punch List items in Complete It
•Monitoring the QVD Punch list items and clear all completed the QVDs latest status; verify QVD status for Custody Transfer/Mechanical Completion/Technical Commission/ Working Commission.
•Review Dossier for completeness of Acts, QVDs, Radiographs, Ensure required format, content and all documentation and signatures are done as per procedure,Receive the QVDs electronically, quality check and segregate by the System and MOC, set up the links for using them in the data base
•Update the electronic version of ITPs (Inspection and Test Plan) biweekly and monthly
•Other duties as required, QVD team coordinator for 14 people.
•Work with Project Programs Web Pro Arc, Complete It for searching and receiving of necessary information
